2. Terms of Use
Using the service is free for clients.
By entering their email address, the client consents to receiving a login link.
Sworny.com does not participate in setting translation terms nor does it mediate payments.
All responsibility for service execution rests with the translator.
Sworny.com does not guarantee translator availability or translation completion.
The service reserves the right to introduce changes in functionality or temporarily suspend operations without prior notice.
3. Chat Content
All information sent in chat (including personal data) is provided voluntarily by users. The service is not responsible for the content and consequences of these conversations.
4. Liability
The service operates on an "as is" basis – without warranties. We are not responsible for chat content, quality of performed services, lack of translator response, delays, or any damages resulting from cooperation between client and translator. We are solely a contact intermediary.
